Our mission is to save struggling young readers from illiteracy through the power of singing. Sing Out and READ’s mission is to save at-risk young readers, ages 6-12 from illiteracy through the power of singing. SOAR’s Family Literacy Project (FLiP) is a one-of-a-kind reading improvement solution that truly changes the lives of struggling readers. The program is evidence-based and delivered on a tablet so a child can use it anywhere and at anytime. FLiP enables children to achieve rapid and sustainable reading gains at 1/10th the cost of one-on-one tutoring.
