Mental Health Awareness Month It’s okay to not be okay. Prioritizing mental health is as essential as caring for your physical health. Let's break the stigma, start conversations, and support one another. Your mental health matters as much as your physical health. 💙💭 Did you take a moment to check in with yourself today—How are you feeling? Are you getting enough rest? Do you need to talk to someone? Self-care is not selfish, but a necessity. Remember, asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. You don’t have to face it alone. Reach out, whether it’s to a friend, family member, or hotline, help is always a call away. Let's normalize talking about it. ❤️ 📞 National Helpline (800-662-HELP) #MentalHealthAwareness #ItsOkayNotToBeOkay #MentalHealthMatters #SelfCare #TalkAboutIt #EmotionalWellness #SupportEachOther #BreakTheStigma #MentalHealthSupport #YouAreNotAlone #BrightPathCenter #SelfCareRoutine #BeKindToYourMind #SelfLove #AskForHelp #SelfCheckIns #MindMatters #StrongMinds #Empathetic #Positive #Encouraging (fb)

World Book Day📚 is here, and it’s time to celebrate the joy of reading, storytelling, and creativity! Bright Path Center encourages the Los Angeles community to stop by our curbside mini library. Donate a book, take a book and leave a book. Our mini library is welcomed to the young children and adult. Whether you're an advanced reader or someone looking for inspiration, we’ve got a few of exciting activities to make this year’s celebration an unforgettable one for children and adults. 1. Book Swaps - Trade your favorite books with friends. Discover new stories you may never have picked up otherwise. 2. Live Author Readings & Q&A Sessions - Interactive Q&A sessions with authors. Ideal for gaining insight into their creative process and behind-the-scenes inspiration. 3. Costume Fun – Dress as your favorite book character. 4. Storytelling Workshops - Work on creating the art of storytelling in fun and dynamic workshops. 5. Children’s Storytime - Children’s authors and storytellers will bring loved stories to life, with interactive props and activities to make entertaining for the children. #WorldBookDay #ReadingJoy #BookCommunity #Storytelling #BookSwap #AuthorEvents #CreativeWriting #CostumeFun #BrightPathCenter #FeedYourMind #ChildrensBooks #LiteraryActivities #Interactive #BookLovers #StoryFun #Advanced #Beginners #BringABook #TradeABook #ReadingDiversity #UNESCO #April231995 #BrightPathCenterMiniCurbsideLibrary #LosAngelesCommunityWelcome #Inspiration (fb)
