SMALL DOGS FOR ADOPTION About Our Rescue New Beginnings Shih Tzu Rescue is a 501c3 foster home based nonprofit dog rescue that has been saving dogs since 2005. We have foster homes located in Wisconsin Iowa Indiana and Illinois. We strive to Rescue Rehabilitate and Rehome any small breed dog but we specialize in Shih Tzus.
