Our Mission All Rise Trial Appellate represents individuals nonprofit organizations unions and other groups in public interest impact cases involving prisoners rights law enforcement misconduct criminal justice reform labor rights racial justice gender equity gun safety digital privacy and other issues involving civil liberties. Services Appellate Representation We represent clients in the federal courts of appeals in matters involving complex constitutional and statutory questions. Civil Rights Trial Litigation We litigate novel claims in federal district courts with an eye toward developing the law to expand and protect civil rights.
