SWCI is an organization of people with disabilities who provide support and training so that people with disabilities and aging adults in Southwest Colorado can live the lives they want. We envision a world where people with disabilities and aging adults are respected including community members, making their own decisions, directing the supports and services they need to live well in the community, and giving back to the community from their strengths.
