Picassiette Mosaic Workshop at McLaughlin Garden Join artist Sophia Maamouri on Saturday, June 7th, from 10am - 4pm for a full-day, hands-on mosaic workshop using the Picassiette method—a beautiful mosaic technique using broken dishes and ceramics to create unique, textured artwork. What’s Included: All essential materials are provided: • A sturdy base for your mosaic • Adhesive • A selection of broken ceramic and tile pieces Make it personal: Bring your own broken or breakable dishes, tiles, or pottery to incorporate into your design. Yard sales and secondhand shops are great places to find colorful and patterned pieces to use.
