SECA was established in Pueblo County in 2001 to meet the needs of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder ASD in southern Colorado. Since its inception SECA has expanded to reach families throughout Colorado and surrounding states. SECA grew out of the need for affordable autism services in Pueblo County.
