CARES offers Real Estate Buyers Sellers that register with our CHARITY CARES our Nonprofit Real Estate Foundation direct no cost access to our revolutionary nonprofitfunding innovation CARES Referrals for Charities Our program issues our exclusive CARESReferral to the Buyers Sellers of real estate that register with our CHARITY CARES for them to provide to theRealtors Real Estate Brokers Real Estate Companies they select to assist them complete their purchase or saleof real estate in communities across the United States. CARESReferrals are business agreements between CARES and the Realtors Real Estate Brokers Real Estate Companies that our registered Buyer Seller Clients select to provide their CARESReferrals which authorize their referral transfer as CARES Clients to the Real Estate Brokers Real Estate Companies that manage the Realtorsour Clients select to assist them complete their real estate purchases or sales.
