Community Solutions of Central Oregon Community Solutions of Central Oregon was established as a nonprofit in 1997 and has provided all types of mediation and facilitation including marriage dissolution and parenting plans at reduced rates through a mediation process that seeks to maintain relationships and reduce stress to the participants as opposed to the costly and adversarial process of litigation. The need for dispute resolution throughout Central Oregon has never been greater.
