OPTIONS is private non-profit agency located in Hammond, Louisiana that has been providing services for people with developmental disabilities since 1973. OPTIONS is a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by parents seeking community-based services for their children with disabilities. Our mission is to help individuals with disabilities to live and work in the community. For over 50 years, OPTIONS has enriched the lives of hundreds of people with disabilities by fostering life skills, providing meaningful employment opportunities and activities, promoting community inclusion, and offering support that extends beyond the family. All of our programs are fully licensed and remain in good standing with the Louisiana Department of Health.

We are so grateful for the incredible team from Avenues Recovery Center: Find Your Way Home of Covington who lent their time and muscle to help with a maintenance project at one of OPTIONS Community Homes. 🛠️ With their hard work and positive energy, we were able to tear down an old shed and make space for new possibilities. Thank you for making a difference — one project at a time.
