DEL NORTE MISSION Welcome to Del Norte Neighborhood Development Corporation A Nonprofit Organization About Del Norte NDC Del Norte Neighborhood Development Corporation is a nonprofit organization established in 1978 by a group of concerned Highland neighborhood activists many of whom were parishioners of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church to address the lowincome areas severe housing needs and to create economic development opportunities. Del Norte has been true to its mission through the years. Numerous multifamily projects in North Denver have been developed with the effect of providing affordable housing and preserving the neighborhoods historic structures. Del Norte Mission.
