A Place for Ummi Maternity Care and Family Services
A Place for Ummi Maternity Care and Family Services supports pregnant people in Philadelphia to reduce factors contributing to pregnancy-related complications and death. We provide our clients with continuous physical, emotional, and informational support before, during, and after childbirth to help them achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible. Our parents will be able to build a solid foundation of responsibility, enabling them to cultivate meaningful relationships and develop the life skills needed to welcome and nurture their new baby properly. Our services include prenatal and postpartum doula services, childbirth education, safe sleep training, lactation support, infant CPR certifications, and babysitting training for underserved youth ages 11-17.
