WHAT WE DO With all the uncertainty in todays economic climate coupled with the volatility of the weather commodity prices and input costs the importance of effective risk management tools for the American farmer and rancher is greater now more than ever. OUR MISSION The objective of CIPA is to maintain and strengthen the Federal Crop Insurance Program to ensure that farm and ranch families have the risk management tools they need to succeed in part by ensuring a strong delivery system with agents across the country serving on the front line.
