The Hamilton Township Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association (C.P.A.A.A.) The HTCPAAA is a 501c3, all-volunteer organization made up of civic-minded members who graduated from Hamilton Township’s Citizens Police Academy. Its mission is to improve understanding between the HTPD and the community through education, interaction and trust. The HTCPAAA aims to •Educate citizens about law enforcement, the criminal justice system and police regulations. •Provide accurate info to help citizens understand police practices and services to help dispel misconceptions. •Reduce crime by encouraging citizens to take security measures and participate in crime prevention efforts. •Increase public protection by discussing issues and providing information that can help strengthen community safety. •Spread safety awareness info through Alumni participation at community events.
