HOLA Ohio was founded in 1999 as a grassroots organization to assist and advocate for northeast Ohios growing Hispanic community. Farmworkers from Mexico and Puerto Rico came to the area to work in horticultural nurseries and settled here with their families. On May 5 2022 HOLA celebrated the grand opening of its new Hispanic Community Center a 2.
