Today we wrapped up the final session of our Advanced Developing Leaders program — and what an incredible journey it was! We began by reflecting on the last session’s “homework,” and then explored the final dysfunction of a team: Results. In the second half, participants created their Team and Individual Leadership Development Plans, pulling together all the concepts we covered over the past several months — from Myers-Briggs Step II insights and their personal notes and reflections. It was inspiring to see how much growth has taken place.
