The purpose of Godsplaining Catholic Podcast, Inc. shall be to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ in keeping with the Magisterium of the Catholic Church and with the charism of the Order of Friars Preachers through a variety of digital media and in-person programming or any other lawful nonprofit purpose. The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
