Lunenburg Skate Park Inc
Our mission is to build a permanent, concrete, public, skate/BMX/scooter activity park facility inside Marshall Park on land donated by the town & parks commission. The Lunenburg Skate Park has the singular mission of raising the necessary capital resources to construct a permanent, concrete, skate, scooter and BMX facility. The skate park, will be approximately 10k square feet and include a variety of obstacles and features that will cater to a wide range of disciplines and skill levels. This park will be a community asset for youth both in the Town of Lunenburg as well as the overall region. The goal this project to provide a safe recreational resource for area youth to enjoy. This asset will provide youth with a healthy outdoor alternative to other less desirable choices, such as video games, vaping, drinking and drug use.
