Helping public school students explore the Bible and grow in their relationship with God About us Released Time Bible Education Is your child curious about faith. Released Time Bible Education RTBE provides weekly Bible teaching to public school students during school hours. Students are released for part of the school daywith parental permissionfor up to50 minutes to attend an offsite Bible class. The students are taught off campus usually in a parked bus a chapel on wheels adjacent to the campus if not they are taught at nearby church or park within easy walking distance.
