Oklahoma Challenge What is Oklahoma Challenge. The goal of Oklahoma Challenge is to increase teen traffic safety in Oklahoma. When young people are better drivers and passengers there will be fewer injuries and deaths on our roads. Decreasing distracted driving and increasing seatbelt use are our primary goals.
