About Us ABOUT US In collaboration with Northwest Regional Development Commission Minnesota Department of Transportation and Minnesota Department of Natural Resources FireFrost ATV Club is seeking offroad vehicle enthusiasts to join its membership. Active members are asked to creatively develop 24 miles of abandoned Minnesota Northern railway and State Highway 75 right of way between Nielsville and Perley in Northwestern Minnesota into a multiplepurpose recreational trail. Enthusiasts of the trail include offroad vehicles snowmobiles bicyclists runners walkers horseback riders and nature seekers.
