Supporting the Critical Needs of Independent TNRs Feeders. We believe that TNR TrapNeuterRelease programs for cats are the most humane and sustainable way to impact the cat population. Many colonies of cats are cared for and loved by volunteers who trap independently and TNR while taking care of the daily feeding and care of the cats. Their heartwarming efforts often come at a great personal cost in time effort and financial resources.
