Burnet Volunteer Fire Department We are a VolunteerDepartment Our organization consists of volunteers who are deeply dedicated to safeguarding and serving the area of Central Texas about 55 miles Northwest of Austin. These committed individuals volunteer their time and efforts as firefighters and EMS. Support the BVFD We receive funding from Burnet County ESD7 private donations fundraisers and grants from agencies such as Texas Forest Service PEC LCRA and others.
