THE MAESTRO FOUNDATION

The Maestro Foundation – Nurturing generations of classical musicians and audiences

The Maestro Foundation nurtures young classical musicians and encourages the appreciation of classical music. The Maestro Foundation seeks to nurture generations of classical musicians and ensure the longevity of chamber music as an artform. There are two primary programs. The Maestro Chamber Music Concert Series is produced in Mendelsohn Hall, an intimate, modern, state-of-the-art venue with superior acoustics. The artists include some of the world's foremost musicians playing some of the most beautiful aural creations of Western Civilization. Maestro's concerts exist to raise funds and visibility for the primary philanthropic mission which is the Instrument Lending Program. Through the ILP, we lend modern stringed instruments to gifted young musicians in need that are studying at the finest conservatories and universities on a trajectory for professional careers in classical music.
