The playground was secured through a 30000 Bright Ideas grant from the Ottumwa Regional Legacy Foundation as Friends of Ottumwa39s Parks completed the application for the grant. The playground equipment was installed Fall 2024. Jefferson Park Updates We are currently in the process of making improvements to Jefferson Park.
