An organization of refugees and immigrants assisting other refugees and immigrants. 🌍 501c3🌐 The mission of the Louisiana Organization for Refugees and Immigrants (LORI) is to support refugees and immigrants throughout their various stages of integration within Louisiana and the United States. We do this by focusing on advocacy, civic engagement, immigration legal aid, Social Integration and economic empowerment. Founded in 2017 as a volunteer initiative aimed at promoting cultural engagement and understanding for immigrants from five different nationalities, we've significantly expanded our scope and reach. Today, our programs span diverse areas, serving over 35 nationalities, and have permeated beyond Louisiana, influencing national refugee and migrant interests.
