Our Mission The Americano Dream TAD is a nonprofit 501c3 that fosters the American dream for the Latino community through education initiatives community engagement and scholarship opportunities in Texas. TAD serves as a resource for those wishing to pursue and engage in the American Dream and advocates for collaborative crosscultural opportunities for students and adults. Education Our education initiatives focus on youth and adult learners by working with Hispanicmajority school districts to provide needed school supplies and programs that benefit mental stability and will encourage children to embrace a robust education.
