Pan African Human Rights & Humanitarian Aid organization The Hawaii Pan African Association is a Non Governmental Organization who's mission is to advocate, promote and defend Human Rights, Civil Rights, and provide humanitarian assistance in accordance with international law with an emphasis on Afro Descendant and indigenous populations including the most marginalized members of those communities regardless of gender or sexual orientation. The Hawaii Pan African Association also promotes economic development, religious tolerance, and the protection of Afro Descendant and indigenous cultural practices with the generous support of our volunteers and donors.
