We are Your Platform for Change. Our mission is simple: we want to help bridge the gap between thinking and doing. At the Two & You Foundation, we know young adults (aged 16-24 years) have innovative approaches toward addressing social issues, and our goal is to provide grants and logistical support that enable them to transform their ideas into real-world solutions. From reducing illiteracy rates to supporting refugees, we create an impact and improve communities by fostering local partnerships and developing strong leaders with our growing platform for change.
