Friends of Lucas County Children Services Friends of Lucas County Children Services Friends of Lucas County Children Services LCCS is an allvolunteer nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of children and families served by Lucas County Children Services and increasing community awareness of the growing need for foster families and adoptive homes. Children We Serve Children benefiting from our efforts are currently in the care and custody of Lucas County Children Services or residing with foster families and kinship caregivers. Removed from their homes because of abuse or neglect those children experienced trauma and they could suffer physical emotional or behavioral difficulties as a result.
