What an amazing day. So incredibly grateful to every golfer, volunteer, sponsor and donor who not only celebrated our son but spent time and funds to support #gastroschisis families, patients and research globally. This tournament has been so critical to the organization for the 15 years we’ve had the blessing of Jared Rauen and Gary Rauen organizing it, in the funding it raises. We had 2 survivors attend! Adin and his family came all the way from Texas and played and got to meet one of our locals, Liam, who has steadfastly volunteered for many years with his mom at our tournament. We had many folks travel distances to be there to support us and support #hope. We asked Adin to speak, his speech is posted to our event page. I hope folks take a minute to listen, it is inspirational. I am so grateful that folks who have supported the tournament for so many years had the opportunity to hear more about the “why behind the what” of The Global Gastroschisis Foundation.
