HCA is designated by the State of Florida as the Local Arts Agency LAA incorporated in 2001 advocating for all arts and cultural activities in Highlands County. HCA is dedicated to the enrichment of citizens through the arts cultures cultural and heritage tourism humanities historic preservation education and area museums.
