We encourage and support young adults who wish to pursue aviation careers. The LeRoy W. Homer Jr. Foundation encourages young men and women to become professional pilots. The Foundation awards flight instruction scholarships for private pilot certification and provides awareness of aviation opportunities to youth. The Foundation honors the memory of LeRoy W. Homer Jr, First Officer of flight 93.
