Keep striving to set up a group culture of listening and caring—even when a topic doesn’t directly relate to them. As a mentor, you can pray for guidance and think creatively about how to connect each topic to your mentees’ lives. Focusing on big-picture ideas allows each mentee to find personal meaning.
