The Clarksville Community Development Corporation Providing Affordable Housing and Telling Clarksvilles Story Since 1978 The Clarksville Community Development Corporation Provides Affordable Housing We operate an affordable rental program in the Clarksville neighborhood of Old West Austin. Our 11 properties singlefamily homes and duplexes provide housing for 17 low income households. Builds Community An important part of Clarksvilles legacy was its strong sense of community. We build on that legacy by organizing events where neighbors gather and we sponsor a community garden.
