CAPA – Community Alternatives for People with Autism Community Alternatives for People with Autism Our mission is to assist people with autism and other disabilities to be valued integrated members of the community through supported residential and vocational programs. Keystone Employment Services Keystone Employment Services was developed as a separate program from CAPA to provide employment and Community Inclusion support to CAPA participants as well as other adults in the community. Keystone is currently providing employmentCommunity Inclusion services to several CAPA participants and approximately 50 adults with a variety of different disabilities and from a variety of different living situations. .
