🚨 New Press Release: IJDH is helping lead the fight in a major lawsuit to protect Haitian immigrants with Temporary Protected Status (TPS). On May 28, a federal judge will hear arguments in HECA v. Trump, a case challenging the Trump Administration’s push to end the TPS extension for Haitians—even though conditions in Haiti remain deeply unsafe.
