QLC believes that with a supportive and safe environment, every person has the ability to attain their maximum level of achievement.

Quality Life Concepts Quality Life Concepts supports Montanans with special needs in their homes and out in the community by providing creative supports and offering choices that stimulate lifelong growth and development QLC Community Family Services At Quality Life Concepts our goal is to support and empower individuals with developmental disabilities by providing resources and training both within their home and out in the community. QLC is committed to providing the highest quality of support to individuals and families across North Central Montana including Blaine Cascade Chouteau Glacier Hill Liberty Pondera Teton and Toole counties. Because QLC focuses on the needs of the individual Community Family Services will look different for every client we serve. QLCs goal is to help people increase and maintain their own personal level of independence wherever they live in their own home in their familys home or with roommates.
