TYM4Change is about young people 16-24 identifying, researching, and bringing creative solutions to problems they identify in their schools, neighborhoods, and communities. Transitional Youth Mobilizing for Change (TYM4Change) is a California 501(c)(3) that empowers youth 16-24 years of age to reach their full potential and become positive agents of change in their communities through research, learning, and action.
