Programs

• Intensive Care Program: This residential program provides a community setting for individuals and groups to address issues such as exhaustion, depression, and burnout. It includes counseling, debriefing, pastoral care, and conflict resolution.
• Member Care Training: This program equips participants with essential tools and understanding for effective missionary care, focusing on practical application and organizational effectiveness.
• Debrief Intensive Program: Launched in various locations, this program offers a structured environment for workers to process field experiences and undergo spiritual debriefing.
• Missionary Evacuation and Debriefing: Heartstream provides Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) to support recovery from traumatic experiences, aiming to prevent PTSD and aid in restoring individuals to service.

Leadership and History

Heartstream Resources is led by Dr. Lois Dodds, who, along with her husband Dr. Lawrence Dodds, has extensive experience in missionary work. Dr. Lawrence Dodds served as a physician for many years, including thirteen years in the Amazon jungle of Peru.

International Partnerships

Heartstream Resources collaborates with partners in several countries, including South Korea, New Zealand, the Philippines, Kuwait, Malaysia, and Spain, extending its support and resources beyond the United States.
