House of Caring Hands Inc is also an approved Division Developmental DisabilitiesMedicaid provider serving persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities through comprehensive services. SERVICES House of Caring Hands provides a range of services not limited to Individual CommunityBased Supports Transportation Support Coordination and Day Habilitation Program coming soon. House of Caring Hands is also a released Support Coordination agency which means that we have received authorization from the Division of Developmental Disabilities to approve our own individualized service plans.
