The Winter Joy Project is a nonprofit organization that creates packages of winter scarves, hats, and gloves to gift to those in need. We are doing this to honor Toni Parkes, an amazing woman who believed in giving whenever she could. Donate today! The Winter Joy Project is a nonprofit organization with a mission focused on providing winter clothing to children in need. The organization was created to continue the legacy of Toni Parkes, whom we are memorializing with this organization. She was a philanthropist at heart who, whenever she was able to give, gave all that she had. She spent years buying and providing gloves, hats, and scarves to any of the neighborhood children that she saw shivering in the cold. The amount of gloves that she was able to store in her coat pocket often reminded those around her of the magic of Mary Poppins. Help us keep that magic going by being a part of this project. We intend to help children in Chattanooga, TN, Knoxville, TN, and will be partnering with another nonprofit organization to help in Michi
