A coffee shop with a mission to provide meaningful employment to adults with disabilities. A Special Blend is a non-profit business that employs adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a setting that interacts with the community. Our mission is to improve the quality of their lives and to broaden the public's perception of people with disabilities.

Our goal is to empower individuals and promote a more inclusive society for all. Our Menu Our Community A Special Blend is a 501 C 3 Non Profit Corporation that counts on donations to help with expenses and to expand our reach to employ adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Approximately 82 of people with disabilities are unemployed.
