TO INCREASE WOMEN'S UNDERSTANDING OF CIVIC PROCESSES, ENCOURAGE INFORMED PARTICIPATION IN LOCAL AND NATIONAL GOVERNMENT, AND FOSTER A NETWORK OF ENGAGED WOMEN WHO CAN DRIVE POSITIVE CHANGE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. THE ORGANIZATION AIMS TO EQUIP WOMEN WITH THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS NEEDED TO MAKE THEIR VOICES HEARD IN THE POLITICAL ARENA. BY BRIDGING THE GAP BETWEEN WOMEN AND THE POLITICAL PROCESS, THE ORGANIZATON SEEKS TO INSPIRE MORE WOMEN TO TAKE ON ACTIVE ROLES IN PUBLIC SERVICE, ADVOCATE FOR THEIR COMMUNITIES, AND INFLUENCE POLICY DECISIONS.
