Empower Baseball is a nonprofit charitable organization dedicated to helping youth and families in Barahona, Dominican Republic. The Straley Project is a nonprofit organization that supports and empowers less fortunate youth in Barahona, Dominican Republic. We collect supplies and donations to support Los Piratas del Sur, our high school baseball team in the Dominican Republic. Your support helps these kids get the education they deserve and have fun while they are doing it. At The Straley Project, we kick-started our 'better-life' movement by creating a high school clubhouse for kids who seek to pursue their baseball ambition. With the right resources, tools, and mentorship, we seek to make this clubhouse a gateway to a better life. Channeling every kid’s energy in the right direction and reshaping a future which seemed to be lost.
