Our mission is to sing great works from the masters of sacred music; to sing for the congregants of all faiths, in diverse places of worship. Lux comes from the Latin word for light. As a choir we seek to share the light from each religion's musical tradition with the world. We believe that sacred choral music can change the lives of all those who hear it. Our goal is to be unified, compelling, spiritually tuned, and highly expressive as we communicate eternal truths through inspired sacred music. Lux sounds like Luke39s consists of three different ensembles Lux Singers Lux Men39s Chorus and Lux Women39s Chorus.
