Our mission is to provide the tools, encouragement, and opportunities to develop a life-long excitement and love of reading. Foundational Literacy provides the funds to support the Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library in White County, GA. The Imagination Library is a book gifting program that mails a free high-quality book each month to children from birth to age five, no matter a family’s income.
