Established to honor one of CAβs most principled & effective legislative leaders by engaging, preparing and inspiring a new generation of governmental leaders. The Kenneth L. Maddy Institute is the San Joaquin Valley's non-partisan public policy and public affairs institute. Our mission is to engage, prepare and inspire the next generation of government and civic leaders. TO INSPIRE CITIZEN PARTICIPATION, TO ELEVATE GOVERNMENT PERFORMANCE THROUGH LEADERSHIP TRAINING FOR PUBLIC SERVICE, AND TO PROVIDE NON-PARTISAN ANALYSIS AND ASSIST IN PROVIDING SOLUTIONS FOR PUBLIC POLICY ISSUES IMPORTANT TO THE REGION, STATE AND NATION.
