MCPC is Oakland's oldest non-profit, parent's cooperative preschool that was founded in 1933. MCPC is a parent-operated cooperative preschool serving 25 families with a play-based educational curriculum focused on creativity, socialization, independence, cognitive growth and sensory-motor development.
