TO PROVIDE AN INSTRUMENTALITY THROUGH WHICH THE MEMBERS OF THE READY MIXED CONCRETE INDUSTRY IN THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA MAY COORDINATE THEIR EFFORTS IN THE HANDLING OF PROBLEMS OF COMMON CONCERN TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN THE HIGHEST STANDARDS.
